The included original and derived geographic data are licensed under the Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL) 1.0:

This directory contains the complete derived geography-v09.json (ground/pond rings, roads, paths, anchors, projection), its source reference record, and original area API extracts. Contributor account metadata was omitted from XML copies; geometry, feature IDs, tags and topology are retained. OSM data and modifications to that geographic dataset are provided under ODbL 1.0.

These data may be used and redistributed independently of purchase of the authored 3D artwork. The marketplace asset license, NoAI option and Unity Asset Store EULA do not replace or restrict ODbL rights over these data. Keep required OSM attribution with public uses and follow ODbL when sharing derivative databases. Authored architecture, fictional interiors, generated sculpture, textures and other separately created artistic elements retain the applicable marketplace asset license.
